Day Training

A convenient, personalized training program designed to fit your busy schedule while helping your dog build better habits, skills, and confidence.

How It Works:

For Dogs of All Ages:
Puppies, adults, and senior dogs can all benefit from Day Training.

Two In-Home Sessions Per Week:
Each session is 30–45 minutes and is tailored to your dog’s individual needs, goals, and ability to learn.

You Don’t Have to Be Home:
I can access your home using a key, door code, smart lock, or another agreed-upon method.

Video Instruction Included:
You’ll receive videos demonstrating what we’re working on so you can continue practicing with your dog between sessions.

Weekly Virtual Check-In:
One 20-minute virtual session each week gives you time to ask questions, review progress, and stay on track.

Simple Monthly Billing:
Your program is billed monthly, so there’s no need to pay separately for every visit.

Clear Goals & Progress:
We’ll establish training goals for each stage of your dog’s program and work toward measurable results.

Training Goals May Include:
Counter-surfing and other unwanted behaviors
Basic obedience and household manners
Potty breaks and house-training support
Crate training
Improved household behavior
And other skills based on your dog’s individual needs

Private Training

1:1 training designed for dogs of all ages and a wide range of training and behavior needs, including more complex behavioral concerns.

Who It’s For:
Dogs of all ages
Major and minor behavior concerns
Leash pulling and reactivity
Biting and other challenging behaviors
Separation-related concerns
Predatory behaviors
Grooming and veterinary handling
Cooperative care and handling skills

A Personalized Approach:
Behavior cases require more than simply teaching a cue. We’ll take an in-depth look at the context surrounding your dog’s behavior and develop a training and management plan specific to your household.

Homework is an important part of these programs. Session length is based on your dog’s ability to continue learning and your ability to absorb and apply the information provided. I will never intentionally overwork you or your dog.

Consistency Matters:
Multiple sessions per week are often the most successful and helpful for behavior cases, especially when we are working through established patterns or more complex concerns.

Location:

the location of the private sessions will vary to take place in relevant locations to the goals at hand, as well as where your dog is at mentally for each session.

Getting Started:
Private behavior training begins with an initial consultation. After your consultation, hourly sessions and virtual sessions may be available based on your dog’s needs and training plan.

Puppy Training

A personalized foundation-building program for puppies under 9 months of age who do not have major established behavioral concerns.

Who It’s For:
Puppies under 9 months old
Basic training and manners
Typical puppy behaviors such as biting
Household routines and management
Environmental and social development
Grooming and veterinary handling

This service is designed for puppies without established major behavioral issues such as reactivity, resource guarding, or separation anxiety. If your puppy is already experiencing these concerns, Private Training may be a better fit.

Training May Include:
Basic obedience and manners
Environmental exposure
Touch and handling exposure
Socialization and appropriate experiences
Grooming and cooperative care
Preparing for veterinary and grooming visits
Learning how to navigate typical puppy behaviors
Household manners and routines
Specialized planning to prevent common training and management mistakes

Socialization is especially important during early development, with prime socialization time often occurring before approximately 16 weeks depending on the individual puppy and circumstances.

A Personalized Pace:
Homework is an important part of puppy training. Session length is based on your puppy’s ability to continue learning and your ability to absorb and apply the information. I will not overwork either of you.

Frequency Recommended:

Multiple sessions per week are often the most successful and helpful for building strong foundations.

Location:

Sessions may take place in your home, in public, or virtually depending on your puppy’s needs and training goals.
