Every visit includes a potty and bowel movement update, along with a photo and text update so you know how your dog is doing.
Activity updates can also be provided upon request.
Whether your dog needs a quick potty break, some exercise and play, a midday meal, or simply some companionship, care can be tailored to their usual routine.

Steps to getting the care your pet deserves


  1. Set up pet info in client portal
  2. Insert vaccines and Sign Paperwork
  3. Set up appointment for a free meet and greet
  4. meet and greets are in client home
  5. where we get to know each other and I get to know your dog
  6. ask important questions about my services and policies
  7. Go over care instructions with REM K9
  8. Where things are kept for your dog
  9. What typically may need done
  10. how will I gain access to home
  11. are their security concerns in the yard, etc.
  12. Set up test service day (walk, check in, or a day away)
  13. this day is paid, but its a great way to find out if additional steps may be needed to be a good fit, or a great time to back out in the future. Not everyone is the perfect fit for each other!
  14. Enjoy the peace of mind that your time away will leave your pets fulfilled and cared for

Deposits


  • 25%/ deposit for 4+ Hours upon scheduling
  • non-refundable upon payment
  • goes towards total of stay or kept as a partial cancellation fee
  • Deposits due the day of scheduling as needed
  • remainder of the service due on the day of the service


Availability & Cancellation

  • First come first serve.
  • Cancellation fee at the price of the service or deposit amount will be applied if cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled service

Typically a request will be sent at the end of the work day for the total/ remaining amount due.

  • If a client has a history of last minute cancellations, there may be a case by case required deposit moving forward.
