Overnight Care

Steps to getting the care your pet deserves

1. Set up pet info in client portal and insert vaccines
2. Set up appointment for a free meet and greet
3. In the clients home
4. Go over care instructions with REM K9
5. Set up test service day (walk, check in, or single overnight)
6. Put down deposit for future booking
7. Enjoy the peace of mind that your time away will not leave your pet's lonely
8. Pay the rest at the beginning of stay

This is a limited availability service. Clients who utilize this service will be required to upkeep some form of regular care between Rem K9 and their animals to ensure a good relationship is always established; this will look different for each households needs.

Availability

• Books are officially full and Booked for all of 2026 overnights
• Books for 2027 will be opened upon November 2026
• Major holidays & dates I will not be available for in 2027:
• New Years day
• First weekend of May (Paws for a Cause Event- come see us!)
• Fourth of July evening, and morning after
• Last weekend of August
• December 23rd-25th

• Overnight & Day Care Combo

• 16-18 hours of including overnight care, morning care, evening care, & mid day check in
• up to 8 hours of leave during the day for other clients
• arrival starts @ available time (typically first thing in the morning or last stop of the evening)
• Departure is considered to be 24 hours after arrival
• extra for holidays
• extra for puppies under 1 year
• Pricing up to 3 pets
• sleeping with pets during evening as wanted by owner
• special requests welcome

• Just Overnight

• 10-12 Hours of care outside of standard business hours
• arrival between 6-10pm
• departure between 6am-10am
• extra for holidays
• extra for puppies under 1 year
• Meals, potty breaks, walks, etc within the window of arrival and departure.
• Sleeping with pets during the evening.
• special request welcome

Payment Options and Timing

• Deposits paid upon scheduling on a per night basis. EX:
• if you have a 10 night stay, you pay a 25% portion of the full 10 night stay.
• If you cancel 3 of those 10 nights, 3 of those nights taken as a deposit will be used as a cancellation fee for cancelled days.
• the remaining 7 days deposit will go towards the new total of the 7 day stay.
• days you cancelled will not place the full 10 days deposit towards a 7 day stay, because 3 of those days have become the cancellation fee.
• remainder of stay paid upon start of stay

Add-ons

• add-ons can be added at any point prior to the end of the stay for remaining time, as available, and with approval.
• $8 pup cup and ride
• $10/ night reported to owner feeding logs
• $10/ night reported to owner bowel movement logs
• $5/ night reported to owner Med admin logs
• $20/ Night/ Extra pet past the initial 3 included

Deposits

• 25%/ night deposit upon scheduling
• non-refundable upon payment
• goes towards total of stay or kept as a cancellation fee per night
• Paid on day for scheduling
• Remainder of stay will be paid at the start of stay
